Wind Jocelin mendez

Global Winds are the dominant prevailing wind patterns that blow in a fairly constant, steady direction across our earth.
All wind is caused by the uneven heating of Earth's surface, which sets convection currents in motion. Convection currents on a large scale cause global winds; convection currents on a small scale cause local winds.
The Coriolis effect is most apparent in the path of an object moving longitudinally.
The global wind pattern is also known as the "general circulation" and the surface winds of each hemisphere are dived into two wind belts: Polar Easterlies and Prevailing westerlies.
The duo drops is a colloquial expression derived from historical martial usage. Which is parts of the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean affected by the inter tropical coverage zone.
Horse latitudes- A belt of claim sir and sea occurring in both the northern and Southern Hemispheres between the treadle winds and westerlies.
Trade winds- A wind blowing steadily towards the equator fro, the northeast in the norther hemisphere or the southeast in the Southern Hemisphere, more the sea.
The westerlies- anti trades, or prevailing westerlies are prevailing winds from the west towards the east in the middle latitude between 30 and 60 degrees latitude. Originate from high pressure areas in the hourse latitudes.
The polar easterlies- Are the dry and cold prevqlininhnwinds that blow from the high pressure areas of th polar highs at the north and south poles towards low pressure areas within the westerlies at high latitudes.
Jet stream- they are fast flowing, relatively narrow air currents found in the atmosphere around. They form at the boundaries air masses with significant differences in temperature, such as the polar region and yh warmer air to the south
