Video Activities From Home
In this week's newsletter, we have included a number of live videos that you can watch and engage with from home. You’ll see that they are all linked by the free video chat application 'Zoom', which can be downloaded here. You can also use Zoom to stay in contact with family and friends, with video chats online for free!

Some retailers will be offering select times specifically for older people:
Tesco – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-10am will be specifically for vulnerable and older people to shop and avoid the busiest periods (except smaller, ‘Express’ stores).
Iceland – some stores will be offering the same as Tesco on Wednesdays 8-9am (check with your nearest store).
Farmers Market Alternatives
During the lock down, Keynsham Farmers Market are not holding their usual Keynsham Farmers Market. However, most of their farmers and food producers are still producing food and would like to be able to get it to you via delivery schemes, or click and collect from their premises during these challenging times.

Chewton Farm - Lesley will have meat prepared for collection at her Farmhouse on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Fresh beef, pork and lamb, plus Castlemead Poultry. BBC Exercising at Home – the BBC are offering tips on exercising at home, and The Green Goddess – “the original keep-fit queen of the 80s - is making a comeback on BBC Breakfast. Eighty-year-old Diana Moran will be doing exercises three times a week from self-isolation so viewers can follow along at home”.
Chair Yoga – for beginners and anyone wanting seated chair yoga.
