Maple Avenue Boxing Gym CReating champion Fighters

Maple Avenue Boxing Gym is located in Dallas, Texas. The iconic gym is close to the downtown area, attracting fighters from all over the Metroplex. It was opened in 2009 by Arnie Verbeek and a group of boxing enthusiasts. The gym has been the home to many amateur, professional, and champion boxers, including recent super lightweight champion, Maurice Hooker.

Maple Avenue Boxing Gym provides a historic boxing culture for amateurs and professionals alike. It is clear that Arnie and the staff at Maple Gym eat, sleep, and breathe boxing.

Mario Moore

Mario is currently an amateur Boxer and a regular at the Maple Avenue Boxing Gym. He is 27 years old, and has been boxing for 6 years. Mario trains after work everyday with the goal of someday become a pro fighter. Mario makes it clear that he has found "a true passion in boxing" and has great aspirations for his future in the ring. His work ethic and determination speaks to the culture Arnie Verbeek has created in the Maple Boxing Gym.

In The Ring: Maple Avenue has a qualified and experienced staff of trainers that have worked with some of the best fighters in the world.
