Long Term Health is More Important Than Momentary Pleasure Brooke Slack

Nutritious food produces energy and joy.

Energy is necessary for elementary students to learn to their fullest ability.

Just like all things in life, just because something is appealing, does not mean that it will benefit you.

Many people fall into the lie that, "It will be worth it!"

Until their body doesn't accept the unhealthy food as well as their tastebuds did.

Unhealthy food can be delicious and convenient, but it also comes with consequences. One of the most serious consequences being depression.

It is important that children are raised with a healthy diet so that they do not experience something as serious as depression, especially at such a young age.
