How was your holiday and what did you do?

My holiday was good, I went to my uncles house for Christmas and got to see my family. Some of my family from Arizona came here so we could see each other. My uncle bought my dad a pool table and we have parties and play pool a lot its fun.

What is the most trouble you have ever given your parents? What is the most enjoyment you have ever given them?

The most trouble I have ever given my parents was probably when i was younger between the ages of 3-6 i was a very bad kid then, I would always get in trouble cuss and one time I was ding dong ditching (Knocking on doors and running) with friends the people we did it to called the cops. I'm not like that anymore. The most enjoyment I have given them was when I'd go out of my way to them and others. I would do stuff that they would have to ask my siblings to do, but they would never have to ask me.

The first goal is to Identify the personnel needs of the company. The second is to Maintain an adequate supply of people to fill those needs. If only I could become a welder like my uncle. Yes I can believe it but if only i try. I could achieve it if only I tried my hardest to do everything and do that in whats required for welding.

How do you decide if you like someone? How do you show interest in them?

To see if you like someone you really just show interest in them and try to be friends. To show interest in them you really have to talk about things they like, what they do. Showing someone you like them is very easy.

Yes I have passed on kindness before, one time there was a lot of trash in a public park so I decided to grab a bag from my moms car and just picked it all up. Usually if I see trash somewhere I pick it up.

We were taught to tell the truth because if we didn't we would get in trouble and bad things would happen. Like in relationships we were taught to tell the truth because if not your partner and you would have issues.

One time when I was younger I went ding dong ditching, you just knocked on the door and ran. It was a bunch of people and we kept doing it to a lot of people and this one person got really mad so we thought it was funny so we kept doing it to that one person for awhile, she ended up calling the cops.

My whole life I was kinda overweight and always got made fun of because of that. Once I was in seventh grade I had went on a diet and lost over 50 pounds, now I am fit and a lot of people look up to me when they wanna lose weight.

This spring break I did a lot of working. I worked with my dad, I also went to the river a couple times. I love going to the river, and it was also my dads birthday so we had a huge party at my house which was fun.

Do you know anyone who has made a major change in his or her behavior for the better? What caused them to change?

My step father was once doing drugs, selling drugs, stealing stuff and well once he wouldn't stop my mom had helped him through it. My mom and him knew each other since they were kids and so she helped him through all of it and little did they know that, doing that will change their lives because after he was good he is now a very good father and they got married. They have been married now for over 9 years.

One time I had told my sister to drive me to the river and so she did. I had met with a lot of friends and we swam and went out to eat and then to one of there houses. We basically had like a party but not like on of those parties but it was really fun.

There is really no "secret" to success, some people believe there is and some don't, I'm one that doesn't. For me I just think you got to do what is needed, do all that needs to be done to get where you need to be.
