Agriculture Project the three agricultural revolutions

The Neolithic Revolution took place in Mesopotamia, which is now modern Iran and took place in the stone age dating to about 3000 BC. Both and men and women worked in this era but It's unsure about what exactly the Neolithic Revolution did to the social structure but we know that there were many occupational differences leading to some sort of impact.

Wheat is the first crop grown by humans.

The second Agricultural Revolution was taken place in Western Europe. Many changes happened to farming like the industrialization such as the plow, horse collar, and seed drills. Things like crop rotation, which is making soil a bit more safe to use and is more organic.

People used plows to help maintain crops.

The third Agricultural Revolution happened in the later 20th century. During this time period there was increased growth in grain production with a goal to end world hunger.

Modern day farmers use a lot of machinery to do work, making it a little easier to maintain crops, fields and regular work.

A GMO is a genetically modified organism, meaning that plants and animals were changed as a result of biotechnology. Many advantages and disadvantages can be caused from GMO's.. Some advantages are that they are more resistant to weeds and disease.. Some disadvantages are sometimes companies don't announce that their products are GMO's
