Facts:Julliette was born on October 31st, 1860 in Savanah, Georgia. She died at the age of 56 because of breast cancer. She went deaf in 1886. She married William Low in 1886 until he died in June 8th, 1905.

Juliette is the founder of the Girl Scouts . She encouraged girls from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities ,to join the outdoors.
"In 1912 she returned to the U.S. , the first American Girl Guide troop in Savannah, Georgia, that year. In 1915 the United States' Girl Guides became known as the Girl Scouts, and Juliette Gordon Low was the first president."
