The Conflict Begins By Cooper Russell

World War One has ended and the world is in a depression. Everyone knows Germany cannot pay off all of the expenses that they were blamed for. Just when things are getting a little better a German dictator Adolf Hitler comes in power and starts a war. One of the first causes of war was when Germany took over Poland. Another is when Hitler ordered that all Jews were killed. This is exactly what the world did not want.

Adolf Hitler

Adolf Hitler was the Dictator of the country Germany.

When Germany was in the depth of their depression, Adolf Hitler spoke to the people, telling them that he would pull them out of the depression they were in.

Benito Mussolini created the Fascist Party in Italy. Soon after that he became dictator of Italy.

Francisco Franco overthrew Spain's democratic republic early in his life. He also used a very strict method of getting things done.

Joseph Stalin

Joseph Stalin reigned for more than two decades. Helped defeat Nazism while modernizing Russia.

Like Franco Hideki Tojo was very set on his goal. He was very interested in war and leading.

During all of this the U.S. did not want in on the world's conflicts. They were trying to stay out of war. But they did not know what was about to happen to them.

WW2 was a very deadly time with many tragic losses. We need to respect this time and the soldiers very much.
