Pablo represents a child, a baby boy name as well as Pablo Picasso’s name, and furthermore, it evokes a happy story of a Spanish boy.

Graduates’ final projects

Alexandra Habalová: “I was dealing with the topic of women’s delicacy and tenderness. In my opinion, these two attributes represent the characteristic feature of all female beings.”
Naďa Benková: The contrast between a man and a woman, the sun and the moon, black and white “Men and women are equal because, first of all, we are all humans but a great difference between us is obvious at the same time… However, these two different aspects belong to each other and create one unity despite the contrast.”
Eliška Soľavová: Freedom, delicacy, breeze, meadow “Not only one kind, but flowers in general represent female diversity, in my opinion. All flowers, even of one kind, are original and diverse.”
Natália Obrátilová: Emancipation, power, courage, dominance “My blood red skirt refers to the feminism in the art movement in the 1960s. It represents the resistance to all the conventions of that era.
Paulína Demovičová: “Lotus flower is a symbol of the dawn of the world, creating of life. The symbol of rebirth, beauty, life, happiness, purity and spirituality, the unity of micro- and macrocosm, the symbol of the harmony of male and female dawn.”
Diana Gálovičová: Femininity, attractiveness, dominance and sensuality “The power and the gracefulness reveal here a female body which does not yield to hiding beauty. My inspiration were the tulips, and the typical female details like red lips, high-heeled court shoes, etc.
Megi Žáková: All women are flowers that make the world a nicer place “Throughout the history, the society has always been complicating women’s life. An inspiration of mine was this absurd opinion, which says that a woman’s place is in the kitchen. My work represents a woman dealing with this tag resolutely, so she uses a baking mould as an accessory.”
