Thank you to Cristina Dolan '79 who returned to campus to share her career and passion with our young engineers. With so many seniors getting ready to make decisions about majors to pursue in college, it was an informative and inspiring morning!

Class of 2018 featured in King Street Chronicle

Emily Coster '18, Elisabeth Hall '18 and Pau Barbosa '18 gave us a look into their first few weeks of college in the King Street Chronicle's feature "Gone from the school, not from the Heart."

Alumnae help christen the Rowing team's newest shell

On September 22, the Rowing team christened their newest 8+ shell! Former rowers Elizabeth Sabia '11, Jenny Rohde '13, Julie Rohde '11 and Gloria Lee '11, joined by parents, Director of Athletics, Liz Dennison, and Coach Mutescu, helped welcome the new boat into the Sacred Heart family.

Join us on Thursday, November 1, for our All Saints Liturgy at 10am.

Madame Kathy Cooley announces retirement

Seniors recognized as Commended Scholars, National Hispanic Scholar

  • The National Merit Scholarship Corporation named eight Sacred Heart Greenwich seniors as Commended Scholars based on their high scores on the PSAT/NMSQT.
  • One student was named a National Hispanic Scholar through the CollegeBoard’s National Hispanic Recognition Program.
  • Two seniors were named semifinalists in the 64th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.

19 Sacred Heart students selected for international film festival

This year’s All American Film Festival’s (AAHSFF) finalists include 15 films produced by 19 Sacred Heart Greenwich students. From documentaries to public service announcements, Sacred Heart students are being recognized at an international level.

The AAHSFF gives the opportunity for students to have their films displayed at the AMC Theater in Times Square in New York City. Students participate in a college fair and a technology convention that assists student filmmakers in improving their craft. 2018 marks the festivals’ fifth year.

The 2018 – 2019 Fund for Sacred Heart is the Schools number one fundraising priority that requires the support of its entire community. The goal is $1,800,000, to be reached through the collective support of parents, alumnae, faculty/staff and friends.

Rose Marie Bellantoni, mother of Amy Bellantoni Iwanowicz '83

Rose Marie Bellantoni, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Rosie remains in the hearts of her son Tony (Michele) of White Plains, and her daughters Tracy Marraccini of Chappaqua and Amy (Tim) Iwanowicz of New Hampshire.
