Music In Middle School Madison Kennerly

In recent years, many School Boards have been cutting or removing music programs and moving the funding towards subjects that require standardized testing.

Music programs also give students the opportunity to make friends and to have healthy competition, which can be good for a student's self-esteem.

Music provides a certain stability for students who may not be successful in other academic fields such as math or science.
