How to be fit By Gabby

And fight any disease that comes at you!

First you NEED to work out to keep your body up and running

A good thing you can do is teach and be a good influence to your children.

Think of what your body thinks is good for you and do it to stay healthy.

Eat fruits and veggies to keep your metabolism healthy if you eat these foods according to the My Plate chart you will be well energized every day.

Make sure your body mass matches well with your height because if you are overweight it can cause you to have a greater chance of getting diabetes or any other health disease.

DRINK WATER, this is what your body needs more than anything else without having enough water you can get dehydrated. An average adult percentage of water 50-65%.
