STEP ONE: budget

You’ve said yes! Now, the planning is underway and you're ready to set the tone for your day with your stationery!

For save the dates, we recommended contacting us 11-12 months prior to your wedding. For invitations, we recommend contacting us at least 3 months prior to your wedding.

To get started, complete the invitation quote form. Fill out as much or as little as you'd like. We’ll put together an estimate based on your needs. Generally, you’ll have pricing within 1-3 business days.

STEP TWO: chat

After you receive the estimate, we can set up a time to discuss the estimate to clarify any questions, discuss choices provided, or make adjustments.

Upon finalizing the estimate, your stationery details are needed with a deposit. You can complete the invitation content form or send details by email.

STEP THREE: design

The fun starts– designing! We'll email you design options based on what we've discussed. From there, we can chat about changes, likes, and dislikes and so on via email, phone, or in person over coffee!

With your input, we'll work to perfect your invitation design. Our typical design package includes three rounds of revisions to finalize your invitation, but depends on your individual order.


After we've finalized the design to announce your special day and you've approved your stationery for printing, we’ll start the production process!

Timelines vary depending on your order, but stationery is usually completed within 5 to 15 business days after proof approval.

We encourage invitations to be approved for printing at least four weeks prior to your mail date to avoid rush fees.
