From a forward fold, place your hands down flat on your mat, towards the top of the mat. Then step your feet back, towards the back of the mat, try to make an upside down V with your body. Keep your arms as straight as you can, pressing your hands into the mat and try to let your head and neck relax. You can keep your knees bent, or try straightening your legs any amount. Also try moving your heels towards the mat, any amount, one at a time, and then together at the same time.
You can try holding this pose for a few breaths, or come in and of the pose like above. What do you think?
