STARTERS

  • Smoked salmon, rolled with cream cheese and prawns, served with horseradish and rocket
  • Aubergines stuffed with fresh goat cheese, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, oven bake in marinara sauce
  • Thinly sliced raw fillet of beef, served with fresh onion, olive oil, rocket and lemon juice
  • Deep fried camembert cheese, served with cranberry sauce

MAIN COURSES

  • Pappardelle with duck, caramelized onion, mushrooms, red wine and tomato sauce
  • Tube pasta in a creamy basil pesto sauce, with cherry tomato and mushrooms, topped with smoked mozzarella
  • Pasta stuffed with crab meat accompanied with creamy tomato sauce with a touch of brandy

  • Turkey breast, stuffed with spinach and mozzarella, topped with sweet Marsala wine, served with potatoes, parsnip and carrots
  • Fillet of Sea Bass, served with leek, fresh orange juice and touch of Martini sauce accompanied with rice infused with prawns & peas
  • Grilled sirloin steak with creamy French mustard sauce, served with potatoes mixed with green beans and carrots
  • Slow cooked Lamb Shank in red wine and mushroom sauce, served with creamy mashed potatoes
