• Scialatielli Al’ Amalfitana: Fresh flat long pasta, with prawns, squid, mussels, clams, baby octapus, garlic, fresh tomatoes, house white wine and touch of chilli (risotto version available)
• Pollo alla limone- Chicken breast marinated with Lemon and herbs, served with coriander and saffron risotto
• Branzino – Oven baked Seabass, Bearnaise sauce with hint of lemon and orange, served with sauté potatoes & spinach
• Pizza Castello: White base pizza with strips of Ribeye steak & fresh marinated tomato, rocket, parmesan, olive oil & balsamic glaze
