What is asthma?

Asthma is the respiratory condition of the breathing tubes. The condition is caused by a build up of flem and mucus in the air ways, the air waves close up and leave little space for air to circulate. An asthma attack is a sudden worsening of asthma symptoms caused by the tightening of muscles around your airways, this is called a bronchospasm. During the asthma attack, the lining of the airways also becomes swollen and produces more mucus than usual.
How bad can it get?
Depending on if you have an severe asthma attack no. Asthma by itself cannot kill you but it can make you very short breath. An asthmatic attack if severe and withought medication can kill you.

What are the syntomps?
The most common signs of asthma are: coughing especially at night during exercise or when laughing, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, Wheezing (a whistling or squeaky sound in your chest when breathing, especially when exhaling)

How can you prevent asthma
If you have asthma, you need to do what you can to reduce your exposure to asthma triggers. You can stay in areas with little dust and good humidity. While there’s no asthma cure, there are steps you can take to keep your asthma in control and prevent an asthma attack. The one way of keeping asthma from getting worse is by using an enhaler.

Heart disease or Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain or a stroke. Other heart conditions affect your heart's muscle or valves which are also considered forms of heart disease.

How bad can it get?
Depending on what the disease and your condishions most heart conditions can fo seruious damadge to the heart and arterys and can lead to death in most cercumstanses.

The main syntomp for heart disease is a heart attack. Symptoms of a heart attack can include:
Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm, or below the breastbone Discomfort radiating to the back, jaw, throat, or arm, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like heartburn) Sweating, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness.

How can you prevent it?
The best methods to prevent heart disease or heart attacks envolve a balanced diet, keeping fit and medication depending on your condition. Here are more ways of preventing heart disease
Know your blood pressure and keep it under control, exercise regularly, don't smoke, get tested for diabetes and if you have it keep it under control, know your cholesterol levels and keep them under control, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, maintain a healthy weight.

Gastritis
What is Gastritis?
Gastritis is an inflammation, irritation, or erosion of the lining of the stomach. Gastritis can be caused by irritation due to excessive alcohol use, chronic vomiting, stress, or the use of certain medications such as aspirin or other anti-inflammatory drugs
What are the syntomps?
the most common symptoms include: Nausea or recurrent upset stomach, Abdominal bloating Abdominal pain, Vomiting, Indigestion, Burning or gnawing feeling in the stomach between meals or at night, Hiccups, loss of appetite. Not every one gets the syntomps
How can you prevent it?
You can help prevent gastritis by monitoring your diet and stress levels. Limiting alcohol and the use of nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and aspirin. you can have surgery if the situation gets worse.
