Hello, my name is StephanieI'm looking forward to This class!
I'm in the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra, which performs at School of Mines. I have been in this orchestra since I was 15 years old, and volunteer my time on a weekly basis. I have been playing the Violin since I was 13 and I love teaching it to my students, as well.
My sisters and myself in Washington D.C., in front of the White House.
My sister and myself teaching an In-Service class to lifeguards. We teach them basic rescue techniques, how to use the AED, and how to perform CPR. I have been a Senior Lifeguard for the past five years. I have saved 82 lives and have been a part of 18 medical emergencies involving spinal rescues, heart attacks, seizures, performing CPR, and Asthma attacks.
My boyfriend, Mike, and myself. I first met Michael at work three and half years ago, and we found out a month after we started dating that our grandparents knew each other and would go on double dates. We found out that both his Grandpa and mine, went to DU for their Chemist degrees and worked together for over 20 years at Rocky Flats. What a small world!
This is my mother and me over winter break. I can't describe how much she means to me! She has homeschooled my sisters and myself throughout our education. She has taught me that it is important to never give up, and to treat others as you would want to be treated. I'm so grateful for all the support she gives me!
I love teaching Aquacise every Thursday night! I have been teaching the class for the past three years. Other than teaching Aquacise, I love to work out four to five days a week.
My sisters and myself have always been very close. We would go every Thursday morning from nine to noon to volunteer our time in the Family Birth Center at Lutheran hospital for three years. It was very enjoyable! Unfortunately, we are unable to keep going because of us being in college.
