I hope to see all of you on the 2018 Bohemian Dream!!!

Things to know:

This is a much slower paced trip compared to the 2016 trip. On a scale of 1-4 with 4 being the most active we are at a level 2.

My Vegan and Vegetarian friends, plenty of vegan dining options in every city!!

I have started with the booking the whole coach for just our group. I am hopeful that we can get at least 30 people so we can keep the bus to ourselves. If we do this, we can adjust the schedule to our needs. If we do not fill the seats, no worries we will just enjoy the trip as Globus has it planned.

Rates- I locked in a promotional rate of $2039 plus we get a 10% discount making the total $1835 for the tour portion! Journeys members ( repeat Globus, Cosmos or Monograms clients) receive an additional 5% off of that rate. I am also asking everyone to fly for 1 pre-night in Budapest-optional of course. The rate for the extra pre-night is $73 per person plus the cost of transportation to the hotel.

Deposits- $250 deposit per person for the tour. A deposit of $300 is due if you want to book your airfare through Globus.

Final payment for the trip will be due February 20, 2018 unless a prior arrangement with Travel by Erin has been made.

Airfare- it is and additional cost that can be quoted upon request. Those not doing the extension will fly into Budapest and out of Prague. I would anticipate airfare being $900-$1500 per person, depending on your airport and dates of travel. The deposit for airfare booked with Globus will be $300, the remaining will be rolled into your final payment. If you have points and want to book air on your own, you may certainly do so.

Roommates- when you place your deposit and fill out the booking form, I will need you to tell me who your roommate will be. You will need to have a discussion with them because if they back out you will now have an increased single occupancy charge of $500 if you travel as a single. If you both buy the cancel for any reason insurance this will not happen, you will be price protected but you both must buy the plan.

Anyone that has traveled with Globus, Cosmos, Avalon or Monograms in the last 5 years, you can save an extra 5% off!!! When you have your journeys club number I can apply the 5% off of the tour portion.

Insurance- always highly recommend as life happens!! This will cover you for medical, missed connections, trip delays and more. The cancel for any reason through Globus is $229 each. Refunds would be in the form of a voucher for future travel, cash back or mix of both depending on when you cancel. It will also price protect you if your roommate cancels but both of you must purchase the plan.

Travel Documentation- each person will need a valid passport with at least 6 full months before the expiration date from our arrival date. US Passport holders do not require a Visa.

Staying connected while traveling- Free Wi-Fi is available on the motor coach. The wifi on the bus can be spotty. Wi-Fi will be available in most hotel lobbies and some hotel rooms.

I hope to see you on this 2018 trip!!!
