HARRY POTTER

Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma Watson (Hermoine Granger) and Rupert Grint Ron Weasley) on set, filming for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows at Freshwater West in Pembrokeshire, South Wales.

This beach is of significance to a major character death in the films and so draws in many Harry Potter enthusiasts.

Filming took place in 2010 from May 11th through to May the 15th.

A house constructed out of shells was made for the films, which was where the elves lived. It has now been removed from the beach.

STARDUST

A part of the movie Stardust was filmed in Llyn y Fan Fact in the Brecon Beacons.

"The Brecon Beacons National Park is a hidden gem. It was a fantastic location for stardust. It's was a pleasure to shoot there." Matthew Vaughn - Producer and Director of Stardust.

Filming took place over 2005 and 2006.

The movie got released on the 10th of August 2007.
