2017 Sales Specialist Campaign District 357

There is no better time than now to be a sales specialist.

Develop Your Career

Whether you have a desire or not to become an agent yourself, in 2017 we will focus on developing your skills as a sales person and as a leader. You can look forward to partnering up with our great sales specialists across the district. You will have the opportunity to learn from and share with them. We will be holding monthly conference calls and quarterly meetings exclusively for our sales specialists. We will have successful agents join us in several of these meetings for Q&A sessions where you will learn from the best.

Win Prizes

Every month we will give out $250 in cash prizes to our sales specialists through a raffle! Winners will be chosen at random and each month we will have 4 winners. The first winner will win $100, the second winner - $75, the third winner - $50, and the fourth winner - $25. You can increase your odds of winning by writing policies and earning more raffle tickets. Below is a breakdown of how many raffle tickets you will earn per policy sold:

Receive Recognition

Every month our top three producing sales specialists will be recognized at a district and state level. Your name will be showcased in an email to your peers, our state director, Bob Toney, and the four sales district leaders across the state of Washington. In addition, the top sales specialist will be awarded with a "Sales Specialist of the Month" plaque.

Campaign Expectations

High Level of Performance

Our sales specialists are held to a high level of performance. In 2017, this will not change. By being part of this campaign, it is expected that you will work hard each day in order to produce more than 20 policies per month. If you have aspirations to become an agent yourself, it is expected that you will produce 25+ policies per month consistently for at least 6 months.

Engage With Your Peers

You will be expected to engage with the other sales specialists in the district by participating in our monthly conference calls and attending our quarterly meetings.

Track Your Results

In order for us to give you the recognition you deserve, we will expect you to record your performance by tracking the number of policies you write on a monthly basis. You will also be expected to track where your policies came from and which marketing activities are working for you. You will track your results by filling out the report, "Sales Specialist Monthly Report" by clicking the link below.

Write Multiline Products

Our sales specialists obtain all four insurance licenses in order to sell multiline products. Sales specialists in the district will focus not only on writing home and auto policies but are expected to prospect for and write life and commercial insurance.

Campaign Information

This campaign will last for the entirety of 2017 and has been created exclusively for sales specialists in District 357.

What Counts

As a sales specialist, it is your job to sell policies that would not have been sold without you and your efforts. In order to count a policy towards your production you will need to have prospected that business. In other words, walk-in and call-ins will not count as those came to you - you did not go to them.

How to Join

Ask your agent to contact the sales district leader in order to get you added to this campaign. Agents need to give their permission in order for a sales specialist to be added. Upon joining, you will be invited to all conference calls, meetings, included in the raffle, and eligible for the "Sales Specialist of the Month" award.
