Health and Wellness

There is great value in having a deep yoga practice, perhaps a life-long Bikram practice. But the research is clear that what is optimal, what creates the healthiest fascia, muscles, and nerves is variability in the way you exercise. This is why we offer distinct yet complimentary forms of “movement medicine” designed to help you create strength, flexibility, muscular balance and symmetry, and to help you improve your overall quality of life.

Bikram Yoga

Our studios offer the traditional 26+2 Bikram Hatha yoga classes in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40-50% humidity. The class works your entire body, inside out from bones to skin to improve health and overall wellness. 90 minutes in the hot room works every single muscle, tissue, ligament and organ to improve life long vitality, overcome disease and dis-ease and bring your body to optimal working order. We also offer a Power Express version of this series which is done in 60 minutes.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training Workout that is challenging, full-body, and low-impact using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity, it is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in the US. And, it is designed for all fitness levels and performed at the practitioner’s own pace. Your core will surely love you! This workout is a perfect complement to your Bikram yoga practice. Classes are available at all locations.

LifeStretch is a 60-minute restorative, mobility-stretch class that is conducted in a non-heated room. LifeStretch is designed to help clients become more flexible in body, mind, and spirit so that they feel not only more functionally mobile but also more capable to deal with the physical and mental demands of their lives. This comes from a non-competitive atmosphere in class that focuses on the innate physical intelligence and abilities within the individual. Instead of comparing oneself to others or to the person next to them in class, the participant is encouraged to find the best way to move and function for them, not some ideal.
