2012 - Sumicarbide Canada, Inc. is established in Mississauga, Ontario

2013 - Sumitomo Electric Carbide Manufacturing expands facility by 55,000 sq. ft.

2013 - Sumitomo Electric Carbide, Inc. opens Americas Tool Engineering Center (ATEC) in New Berlin, Wisconsin
