The definition of vision is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.
The relationship between vision and leadership is that vision is the ability to plan the future and leadership is leading a group, you need to have a vision to lead a group.
As a manager in a work place I would promote the importance of having a vision for my business by communicate to your vision and strategies to achieve the vision.
