Having a healthy and balance diet will help me in the long run for many reasons. One main reason would be that I want to live a very long life. Having a healthy lifestyle will make me fit and feel way more energized, especially in the future when I grow old. I want to be able to do sports and fun activities with my future family. Diabetes runs in my family. Therefor, last year I did have Pre-DIabetes which could've led to Type 2 Diabetes. Finding out that I had that, made me realize I should want way more for myself so I changed my eating habits and worked out more, months later I no longer had the pre-diabetes. It also made me stronger and faster for my favorite sport, soccer.
