My name is Elizabeth, the author and founder of Enduring By Grace Ministries. The blog is a place where I write about my real (pretty and not so pretty) life and scripture so that I may give hope to others who are hurting. I aspire to bring hope especially to those who may be grieving the passing of someone they loved dearly. My mom entered heaven in September of 2015 and my life hasn't been the same since. She was 40 years old and I was 20. Grief is the hardest thing I have had to endure and continue to learn how to do so by God's grace, hence the name of this ministry. It is only by God's grace that I am able to take the hurt and use it for the good I am praying will come from this ministry. As this ministry is starting as a blog I would like to be able to aid those who are hurting both financially and spiritually. Financially I would like to help fund burial services because I know the amount of money it takes to do these and I personally was able to fund my mom's services by the donations given to my family. God truly provides even when it seems impossible; I would like God to use me to show His love in this way. I would like to aid others spiritually by (while it would require finance) connecting them to Christian counselors who can help them make progress in their journey. I have not received professional counseling but have had the guidance of a couple of great women who have also experienced loss and they have made a huge impact on my life. I want those who are experiencing this hurt to understand that I or anyone else is not here to "fix" them but to walk with them as losing someone very dear to our heart is something I can relate to and understand. It means a lot more to hear kind words and wisdom from someone who has experienced such a loss than someone who has not. God is our healer and greatest source of strength and comfort in these moment; I want others to realize this through Enduring By Grace Ministries.
If you feel lead to donate to the ministry I will link a "Donate" tab in the near future. Please feel free to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions. God bless you and thank you for your time spent reading my story.
