Experiential Healing Center ...where change is the experience

At Experiential Healing Center, our mission is to provide — for those who are ready for change — experienced therapists the safe environment, the supportive community necessary to transform their lives.

The Experiential Healing Center provides therapeutic services to help individuals, couples, and families identify and address the underlying issues that prevent them from being authentic, self-realized, peaceful and content. These issues may include codependency, addiction, mood disorders, sexual/relationship disorders, trauma, food disorders or any other issues of self worth.

A comprehensive, individualized treatment plan can be developed with our primary therapists, or a retreat or an intensive weekend or week-long program can be arranged to address a specific issue or to supplement the work that you're already doing.

Our Programs and Intensives

Our programs are small, intimate groups with at most seven participants. The ratio of staff to participants is often 2 to 1. Our Resiliency weekends involve a larger client community, but maintain the high staff-to-client ratio. A recovering community atmosphere forms quickly giving clients the safety and support to find their answers, their voices and their selves. We focus on providing each individual the attention and resources they need to address their specific issues. We provide a unique combination of individual and group therapy and employ a wide range of modalities including SomEx(sm), challenge course, EMDR, Psychodrama, art and music therapy, bodywork, yoga, Reiki and others.

Participants stay in our comfortable bed-and-breakfast style accommodations at the Monroe House on the EHC campus. Monroe House’s atmosphere affords our clients the comfort and nurture of a safe home environment. Lodging, meals, and all therapeutic services are included in program fees. Scholarships or payment plans may be available if needed.
