In this presantation we'll be talking about some ways you can lower a individuals risk of diseases

Eating healthier and not eating as much fast food as possible.Eating vegetables like broccoli or eating fruits too
Also working out and exercising once and a while is another way you can lower risk diseases
Not drinking alchol or doing drugs could prevent you from getting a disease since its bad for your heart and body
Thoose are some ways you can prevent an individuals disease theres many more thoose are a few
