In terms of funding, ZPower is well down the road. Having produced dozens of prototypes, we now have working models that easily demonstrate our technological breakthrough, and show that there are no hidden power sources driving them. To see our proof of concept generator produce several hundred watts of power for hours staggers the imagination and compels one to speculate on the potential impact the technology will have on every facet of life.

Testing by independent labs and certification by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) will be completed shortly, verifying the breakthrough nature of this energy generation method; and that all life, health and safety issues are verified for benign electricity generation.
Where Are We Headed?
1 Megawatt Power Plant
With capitalization in place, ZPower will now produce the first 1 Megawatt (MW) Power Plant. This unit will be housed in a custom-made 20 foot cargo container, and will contain twenty 50 KW generators working together to produce one million watts of electricity. One of these 1 MW Power Plants delivers sufficient power to run a small town of five hundred homes.

This major advancement is not as big an undertaking as one might think. Our existing models and demonstration units confirm the practicality of the 1 MW Power Plant; it's just a matter of completion. Hiring the necessary experts in certain fields is critical to this phase, and those individuals are already known and committed to the project.
Here's what is being done in this phase:
- Setup primary research laboratory, acquiring equipment and staffing.
- Develop and test various designs of the 1 MW Power Plant and its modules to perfect pre-manufacture configuration.
- Full UL safety and certification testing.
- Expand Product Line: 1 MW (20' container) and larger.
- Acquire and set up manufacturing facility and begin low-volume production.
- Initial Global IP Protection.
- Configuring and testing the 1 MW Power Plants in a live setting with existing utility companies.
Since it is estimated that the 1 MW Power Plant will be ready for small scale manufacturing in 12 months, this opens the doors to our next phase: Proliferation.
The Future: Global Proliferation
The world is our oyster...
Once 1 MW Power Plants are available for demonstration, the world will "beat a path to our door." ZPower already has commitments for Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). Once executed, these PPAs are easily monetized for the necessary funds to build the required number of units for each project.
Domestic Needs First
Governors from several of the States have recently confirmed their united intent to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, improve the environment, and do so without negatively impacting their economies. A bold stance without ZPower to assist them succeed.
Energy Farms: Stackable, the 1 MW Power Plants maximize land use, nearly eliminating the environmental impact; they run night and day to continually produce needed electricity.
With proper introductions, ZPower can confront the tough issues head-on and work together with existing utilities and State agencies to achieve their goals far in advance of existing alternatives. ZPower is ahead of the curve.
Every country is either interested in augmenting their access to inexpensive energy sources or they desire a greener approach to energy production. ZPower is the only alternative that can adequately meet the need economically without a huge sacrifice of resource.
Solar is popular, but present solar farms occupy massive areas, are vulnerable to weather and other disruptive conditions, and only operate a few hours each day. Their solution is battery farms that hold excess electricity to be delivered when production levels are inadequate.
