Meet Katie Enos ENterprise CIty Schools TEchnology INtegration Coach

I have moved from Enterprise High School to the Technology Department!

Hi! I am Katie Enos. I am so excited to work with you in my new role as technology integration coach! I feel so honored to be partnering with the ECS technology team to serve the students and teachers of Enterprise!

I am excited to get to know so many teachers and students all over the district! I want you to feel comfortable asking for help with ANYTHING! I am here for YOU! I want to co-plan, co-teach and reflect with you.

I do not know everything, but one thing I do know is that being a teacher is a really demanding job and the more support you have the better! I will support you. I want to listen to you and understand what your goals are. No one knows your students better than YOU! I understand that not all the new technology initiatives work for your classroom, and I can help you find ones that will enhance instruction in your unique classroom. You are the expert in your content- I can bring in the ideas, resources, and support!

I am here to help you improve practice, whether it is using technology, trying new strategies, or helping you find resources. Here are some key questions we could look at together:

Why are you wanting to incorporate technology in this lesson? How will it enhance it?

Why has a lesson you have been using not worked well? How do you hope technology might change this lesson?

Can we use technology to allow students to expand beyond the 4 walls of the classroom?

How can technology make your classroom more efficient and save you time?

Can we use technology to create more rigor, engagement, and meaning in a lesson?

What are some best practices you are learning that we can share with other teachers in our district?

I LOVE my colleagues..... I LOVE teaching..... I LOVE my students!
