Introduction

WHO AM I?

Jean is my first name and Juanistyle is my name as an artist. My parents come from The Democratic Republic of Congo and I was born in Greece.

Then I grew up in Belgium and have now been living in the Netherlands for a few years. Openminded and with this notion of travel which is an integral part of my lifestyle, I have never ceased to be inspired by the way in which weddings are immortalized all over the world.

What fascinates me above all in my job are human encounters and immortalizing these intense emotional moments that bring us together.

By nature, I am rather reserved but I still do not lose my sense of humor. Professional and at the same time geek of all-new photo technologies, I will do everything to make you feel yourself and enjoy your day, ensuring that the result is optimal. It is above all a friendly moment and I want you to keep the best memories of it.

WHAT TYPES OF PICTURES DO I SHOOT?

Portraits, event and wedding photography are my main areas of expertise and without trying to be "the master of all trades", I am also shooting urban landscapes and fashion & beauty pictures.

HOW TO DEFINE MY PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

I define myself first and foremost as an photo enthusiastic . The word "Enthusiastic" by its etymology means "inspired by the Divine".

What inspires me, what motivates me and what I like is capturing beauty, capturing emotions and capturing those unique moments that bring people together.

I am defining my photographic style as elegant, clean and yet sophisticated, precise in the composition and putting an emphasis on the colors and the textures.

I am also a cinema fan and since I became a photographer, I have become more sensitive to the colors and angles with which the scenes are shot and that when it comes to conveying an emotion or telling a story. I also apply these same principles when photographing a wedding as the ultimate goal is to incorporate the images into an album and this "cinematic" approach helps in the layout of that album.
