Matt Damon and Ben Affleck resmble the mythological monsters of Greek legend, Scylla and Charybdis.

The two actors have worked together many times and often team up in the movies they star in together.

Although the two actors work together to create movies while Scylla and Charybdis work together to kill sailors, there are definitely similarities between the duos. One person without the other would not be nearly as successful.

Specifically, Matt Damon is more like Scylla than Charybdis.

Though not monstrous in appearance, Matt Damon snatches up movies the way Scylla abducts sailors off of the decks of their boats.

The other half of the acting duo, Ben Affleck, has a personality that reflects Charybdis' physical traits.

After the failure of his first movie as Batman, Ben Affleck tried to focus more on his directing career. He directed to projects he was extremely excited about, but neither received much praise or even good ratings. This caused Affleck to become somewhat depressed and he is currently trying to drop his role as Batman.

Affleck became a pit of despair that sucked all the happiness out of those around him like how Charybdis sucks in water and destroys boats.

Together, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon make a team that rivals that of Scylla and Charybdis.
