Your Registration Information

April 1 - May 17, Early Bird Registration fee: $300

May 18 - June 30, Regular Registration fee: $350

July 1 - July 10, Late Registration fee: $400

Please note: Registration for the conference ends on July 10. No other registrations will be accepted after that date. Presenters not registered by July 10, will be deleted from the conference schedule and from all of the programs.

Student/Life Member fees are: $150 (Early Bird), $175 (Regular), $200 (Late).

Registration includes lunch on the days of the conference (Tuesday-Friday), and admission to all evening events on the first three days of the conference (Tuesday-Thursday). On the final night Friday, August 2, there will be a Red Carpet Event, co-hosted by the Twin Cities Film Festival. The Red Carpet Event has an extra cost of $30. This is a down-winding, award-giving, beverage-and-hors-d’oeuvre-serving, final chance of partying with your old and new UFVA friends. More info on this event as the final arrangements are made in the next couple months.

Members can register up to one additional non-member guest. To register a guest use the "save & add another attendee" option. Non-member guest fees are: $150 (Early Bird), $175 (Regular), $200 (Late). The fees include lunch and admission to all evening events, except Red Carpet.

Individual attendees (except guests) must be current members in order to register.

A festive celebration of the conference award winners, and of all of us, as we complete another congregation of friends and colleagues. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, special guests, live music... More information to come as we finalize the plans for this special event. The Red Carpet Event has an extra cost of $30.

Vendors fees are:

  • $600 for a table (10x10 space) includes conference registration for two people and two tickets to mini-golf picnic at Walker Art Center.
  • $300 for each additional table (10x10 space) includes conference registration for one person and one ticket to mini-golf picnic at Walker Art Center.
  • Red Carpet Event on Friday evening $30/person
Vendors must be sustaining members of the organization in order to register.

Dormitories

Anderson Hall

Anderson Hall offers 101 rooms in an air-conditioned building, a mix of singles and doubles. Please visit Anderson Hall for detailed description of the dorms.

Please note: Dorm assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. When booking the dormitory, please choose your first, second and third choice of floorplan.

Room fees include linens and breakfast.

Parking

There are 200 free parking spots at the Augsburg campus. Parking passes will be distributed on site at conference registration.

Marriott Courtyard Downtown Minneapolis

Hotel is 0.7miles to Augsburg University (15 min walk). Shuttle service is available at the front desk. The UFVA discounted rate is $140/night, valid from Sunday, July 28 through Friday, August 2.
