Wildcat Store Refund Policy Updated May 2021

Brick and Mortar Location Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment with the original receipt. Without receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price. Items must be unopened and in the original condition, they were purchased, including packaging and tags. Returns/refunds are subject to manager approval. Course Materials Refund

Course materials must be returned in the original condition in which they were purchased. Shrink-wrapped items must be unopened and access codes must be un-accessed. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment with the original receipt. Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price.

Full and First Block Classes

Full refund through the end of the first week of class with receipt. Course materials purchased on or after the Friday of the first week of classes are eligible for a refund within two business days from the date of purchase. Full refund with proof of schedule change through the Monday of the 4th week of class.

Second Block Classes

Full refund through the first week of class with receipt. Course materials purchased on or after the Friday of the first week of classes are eligible for a refund within two business days from date of purchase

Online Orders

Same refund policy as for full block and second block classes. Returns being shipped back to the Wildcat Store for refund must be postmarked no later than the posted refund deadline. Non-Refundable Items

Pre-packaged kits, Workbooks, WSU Print course packets marked NON-RETURNABLE. Any course materials marked as NON-RETURNABLE.

General Merchandise

Full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Clearance/sale items or opened are NOT eligible for returns.

Technology

Purchases of technology items made through the Wildcat Store must meet the following prerequisites to qualify for return and refund/exchange: Return items must include all original packaging and contents in a resalable condition. If a return is authorized, return shipments must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date, and be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Technology Web Order Return Authorization Procedures

Please call the Wildcat Tech department of the Wildcat Store at (801)626-8580. We will verify that the returned item meets the prerequisites mentioned above. If it does, we will grant return authorization and relay return instructions. Once return items have been received and verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment credit/debit/store account. Unopened return items are eligible for full refund upon verification of resalable conditions. Opened return items are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee upon verification of resalable conditions. Defective return items are eligible for full refund or exchange upon inspection and verification of functional issues. Any returned items that are received missing packaging or contents have been damaged by the recipient or due to insufficient packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition, even if a return was authorized, may be sent back to the original shipping address, and refunds/exchanges may be refused at the sole discretion of the Wildcat Store.
