A Message from Off-Campus Student Services

We at Off-Campus Student Services want to commend you for your strength, courage, and perseverance over the last several months. We understand how difficult these times are, but you are still standing and thriving. We are doing the best we can as a University and Department to provide as many services, resources, and as much support as we possibly can. Due to COVID-19, some of our programs, services, and events may be modified or converted to a virtual format to adhere to safety guidelines and restrictions. Nonetheless, we are doing everything we can maintain as much normalcy as much as possible. Regardless, know that Off-Campus Student Services is here for you, and our office will be open with limited staff in University Union, Suite 345 with the rest of our staff working remotely. Please never hesitate call or email us for any of your needs: OCSS@unt.edu or (940) 565-3807.

Have a Great Semester!

Sincerely,

Our Resilient UNT Non-Traditional Students

We understand that many of our Non-Traditional Students may have experienced adverse times managing changes and uncertainty in school, taking care of families, work, job or income loss, COVID-related issues personally or with a loved one, and many other potential issues. We want to commend your resilience and further affirm that we are always here for you to help in any way possible. We are proud of you and looking forward to helping you reach your goals. What to Look For

While there may be uncertainty as to how OCSS events will look, know that we are planning to have events and programs for Non-Traditional Students regardless of them being in-person or virtual. Once we confirm any event or program, we will send you notices. Also, be sure to check our OCSS Programs and Events Page for the latest information. Our scheduled September events include Open House and Family Fun Night (details to be announced). We also have Coffee & Convos starting soon, a program in which we help you connect with one of your faculty members for a meeting with coffee, or any other beverage. When required, we will host virtual events and programs.

Off-Campus Housing

If you are still looking for off-campus housing, we have resources to help you. Visit our Off-Campus Housing Source website to search for housing that is right for you.
