Wetherby Athletic Ladies travelled to play Boroughbridge Ladies in the first game of the Supplementary Cup.
Withstanding some early Wetherby pressure, Boroughbridge took the lead when a quick break lead to their player firing past Katy Poulter.
The Tangerines equaliser came when Louise Ross produced a cheeky back heel to chip the ball into the Boroughbridge net.
Soon after Captain Sarah Holmes put Wetherby in the lead with a bullet header that left the Boroughbridge keeper with no chance.
Boroughbridge refused to give up and soon after they scored their second to make it 3-2 and put the game back on a knife edge.
Combining again, Wetherby produced a flowing moved that was ended when Holmes picked her spot and calmly placed her shot into the goal.
With an injury to Boroughbridge's keeper forcing her off (we hope she get's better soon!) one of their outfield players had to go in goal. Despite pulling off some superb save, even she couldn't stop Crann from getting the fifth goal.
