Emporio Armani training: “Handling Difficult situations with Aggressive customer”

Loss Prevention are currently working on the implementation of a new POS exception reporting system that will greatly improve the data LP are able to review across Retail and Hospitality stores. The system is called XBRi but Loss Prevention want to give XBRi its own Al Tayer branding and we want you to help us choose the name and if your super creative maybe even a logo as well. We are looking for an Arabic word (that is easy for none Arabic speakers to pronounce) to use in our launch campaign across all our store, this will include stickers, posters and a Yammer group. The word should be friendly (we don’t want our colleagues to be afraid of the system) and help our store colleagues understand what the system is there to do…protect our customers, our colleagues and our business.

Any suggestions please email Darren Leonard (dleonard@altayer.com)

Shweta Sudhakar Mayekar
Thank you for the fantastic job Shweta you have been doing for our company. Your hard work and dedication has really helped us with the limited time we had in providing the DSF Permits. We just wanted to make sure you know how much you are valued and appreciated.
Jawad Al Issa

Based on a request from a lifestyle RM, Jawad arranged and managed to be in Saudi on the next day for a case investigation which was carried out quickly and effectively.

Our amazing security guard, Kennedy, who works with World Security received a glowing brag in BLM due to always going above his job and greeting customers with a big smile that makes them feel welcome. Genalyn, the department manager of beauty in BLM, had the following to say about him. Great job Kennedy!

I am pleased to let you know that I was approached by many customers coming in store because of how the security guard, Kennedy, behaved in our main entrance. Kennedy's greetings to our customers made them feel welcome as he greeted them with utmost sincerity. At one time, a customer was just waiting in front of our store with a trolley that he approached and let the customer wait while Kennedy will looked after the customer's trolley. At the end, customer purchased perfume while sitting at tfk area. Another one said to me: "It's my first time to be greeted with a welcoming smile, not a smile that is looking into my pocket". Another customer said "Wow, the way he curtsey I feel like royalty" I feel that this shouldn't be left unnoticed as he is not only doing his job, but he is doing it with passion.
Pauline Waigwa

Pauline sent out a concern to the listening post on how we need a mothers room in Head Office and the business. With the Listening Post Committee's direction, this has become a reality; the room is on the 1st floor - next to the ladies pantry. It's currently open for use but still under renovation. Thank you Pauline!
