We started by asking the client "What does luxury mean to you?" and were greeted with a resounding answer of service. Inspired by Omotonashi "the Japanese art of service", the Estate of Zen welcomed 45 high net worth individuals into a Eastern world of subtle luxury.

Upon entering the venue, every guest was greeted and dotted on by their own host, who attended to their every need

An extravagant theatrical performance by a geisha serenaded guests with arias from madame butterfly and sakura
Immersive experiences spotlight the estate’s unique ambiance and specific features with less flash, more lifestyle—be it entertainment, art, music, etc.
"The sell of the party"


We wanted to remind our guests of their childhood memories at the beach and pour them a martini at the same time. The result was Insta-Penthouse, a 1960 themed beach party meets Instagram museum.

Rochelle Maize Luxury Estates and The SOCIETY Group team up to transform a $15M penthouse listing into an insta-gram museum for influencers complete with a trampoline photo booth on the roof, 1,000 yellow pinwheels art installation, Master bathroom ball pits, and neon room.

The property sold in six days and racked up 663,000 impressions on Instagram that reach 1.5M people.

This is all part of the changing face of luxury real estate marketing and advertising; it’s no longer enough just to announce a home.
We choose to connect influencers and leverage influencers for our social campaigns and our PR campaigns.


Guests began their journey through a forest of pink palm trees leading to the unveiling of a $15M jetliner view of the LA skyline. Inside six rooms were transformed into Instagramable moments where guests were encouraged to use the night's hashtag for gifts from sponsors.

The property sold in 30 days.

A Scrooge McDuck bitcoin bathtub installation served as a fun interactive feature for guests and social media influencers
Also featured, a pillow fight room where Instagram influencer Ayla Woodruff, center, and Andrew Seally, right, get into a pillow fight with models. At this open house,multiple rooms were activated to encourage social media posting
The evening’s “crescendo moment,” was a dance party with a colorful 20-foot-long LED dance floor on the roof deck overlooking a 360 degree panoramic view of the city
The event also featured a cannabis room by Bloom, where guests learned about the different the effects of cannabinoids
A decadent display of laduree macarons and desserts indulged every sweet tooth in the room
With well-planned selfie backdrops at every turn, the house had been staged to catch fire on social media.
