Support Consultant: Post implementation support to ensures our clients are up to speed with our products. As a Support Consultant with Manhattant, Inc. you will be the liaison between our clients and our software product development team, supporting our products and ensuring client satisfaction for our customers across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, food, government, high-tech/electronics, industrial/wholesale, life sciences, logistics service providers and retail. A love for connecting and helping our clients is a must!

Analyst: Is the tech-guru within an implementation project. As an Analyst you will performs basic analysis, design, programming, modifications, builds and maintenance of specialized software systems. The Analyst formulates technical specifications for complex software applications, modifications to existing applications, and integration with external systems. The Analyst consults with customers regarding the installation, configuration and maintenance of the system. The Analyst participates in multiple phases of the software development lifecycle from the review of initial requirements, to the support of system test procedures and delivery documentation. This is not a coding position, but if you know how to code; GREAT!
