Sleeping...

You are in a conference meeting to close twitter from the internet. It’s been a 2 hour fight with the boss of twitter, and you still need to win. You come up with the best sentence to shut him up. “You love twitter because they are ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ…” Wait. Did I just fall asleep? Why did I fall asleep? What happened? Where am I? What time is it? What am I doing? Why am I even asking so many questions? Man, I wish I never fell asleep.

Why are you always sleepy?

You can be sleepy for many different reasons. Some people are sleepy because of the multivitamins they take. Some just do too much work. Sometimes it’s even natural! But most people are really tired just because they are stressed and they have worked their bodies to much. That’s why you should just be calm and not worry that often. You should get more sleep so you can be ready for the next day. “There is a time for many words, and there is also a time for sleep.” ― Homer, The Odyssey

Why you need sleep

Have your parents ever told you that you need sleep? Why do you even need sleep? When you sleep, your body repairs itself for the next day. The brain is the main thing that gets repaired. Your body provides energy to the brain. When you sleep, hormones start getting active inside of your body. The most common ones are Muscle Development, Growth, and much more. You can lose weight as you sleep and you can grow a bit taller. No wonder why parents care so much about your sleep. “Each night, when I go to sleep, I die. And the next morning, when I wake up, I am reborn.” ― Mahatma Gandhi

What might you do in your sleep

What might you do in your sleep? Most people either sleep talk, sleep walk, and even more weird stuff! About 1,000,000 americans suffer from sleep eating disorder. One part of the brain wakes up while the brain judgement of the brain and the body is still asleep. People who have this eats almost anything from food to bars of soap. It can lead to choking, poisoning, and even death. But most of the world just has a regular night of sleep. You probably have a regular night of sleep. But if you don’t, call a doctor to treat and test you. You will probably just sleep talk or sleep walk.

Conclusion

To conclude, I think knowing what you do in your sleep, how to have a good night of sleep and how to prevent bad stuff in you sleep is very important because you need to sleep everyday for your whole life.
