NEW student Orientation

Get a great start to your Webster University education!

Setup your Connections account

Upon admission to the University, students receive an email with the subject: “Welcome to Webster University IT Services - Account Activation." This email provides your Webster University email address and student ID number. With this information, students can setup their Office 365 account at portal.office.com. Be ready to provide verification information through the email account you used to apply for admission.

Once the student has registered their Webster Office 365 account and chosen a new password, go to the Connections launch page (https://connections.webster.edu) and sign in with those credentials: Username: The first part of your Webster email (everything preceding the @ symbol) Password: The password you created via Office 365
