We work collaboratively with schools to develop our menus. All our food is taste tested by students prior to featuring on our menus. The menu is constantly changing and evolving to meet the demand of the clients.
In line with food trends, we have taken a fresh new look at our Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch offers, we increased our vegetarian and vegan offers, reduced sugar in our recipes, reduced packaging and introduced a variety of exciting food from around the World. We offer students tasters to encourage them to try new tastes and flavours. We have a wide range of options when it comes to menu choice, rotating over every three week period.
All our schools have free infused water at our Hydration Stations. We offer a great range of compliant hot and cold drinks, including fruit juices, sparkling fruit drinks, milk shakes and frozen smoothies.
We cater for medical and religious diets. We encourage students to talk to our dedicated Chef Managers about what great food is on offer and information about the key allergens.

At lunchtime we provide a nutritionally balanced two course (main course & dessert) menu including a vegetarian offer which represents outstanding value at only £2.50. We also offer a range of exciting home-cooked ‘grab and go’ food solutions to meet the ever-changing taste profiles of our customers. Many of our schools have satellites and kiosks to reduce queues and offer a choice of eating indoors or outdoors.

Here at Twelve15 we pride ourselves on working with individual schools and academies to create truly bespoke events such as Christmas Markets, Chinese New Year, Holi Festival, Italian Market and St. George’s Day with promotions and prizes. We love bringing the world flavours and traditions into the schools with all the accessories.
