Because it's never too late for change.

So it's been 26 years and we've never really had a formal 'brand' before. So we thought now that we are all grown up, it was about time we did. As they say "It's never too late for change."

If you've used our old site, we can only apologise. We know, it's not great (and that's being polite). So as part of our new re-brand we decided to develop an all singing, all dancing new one, so you can stop screaming at the screen and start getting the information you want, and the jobs you need.

It even works on a mobile!

CLEARLY DEFINES OUR SERVICES

One, now fairly obvious and critical thing our old site was missing is what we offer as a service. Yip, "Whoops" doesn't cover it. Consider this oversight fixed.

So if you're looking for a job or looking to hire someone in the construction, property and engineering industry, we can help.

We've detailed our support service offering, international division and our executive service. But we still don't deal with trades & labour.

TO SHARE OUR KNOWLEDGE

We've been at this a long time. And throughout the years we have only ever dealt with the construction industry, so we're not too shy to say we know our stuff.

On average our staff retention is 7 years compared to the industry standard of 2.

"So what?" I hear you cry.

Well that's 7 years of knowledge about you, your business, your sector and most importantly your needs wrapped up in one person. Recruitment can be fast paced, especially in this market, so why spend time repeating who you are and what you want over and over again. So we know how to recruit staff to stay with us, so you can trust we'll do the same for you.

Following on from the above (assuming you've read it), we like to get to know you and find out what makes you tick. No point in treating you like a faceless voice at the end of the phone, especially if like 99% of our customers you would use us time and time again.

Almost all of the images on our new site are of our real customers and staff. They're a good looking bunch, even if we do say so.

TO REFLECT WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE STAND FOR

So during our re-brand we were asked a lot of questions. "Who are you?", What do you do?", What sets you apart from your competitors?", "What are you not?"

Turns out it wasn't hard to answers all the questions. (Although don't ask us how long it took to choose a logo! Who knew that a logo wasn't your brand?) Anyway, we know what sets us apart from our competitors, problem was how to convey that to you, and have you believe us.

No easy job when you're a (whoohahaha) Recruitment Agency.

So we thought pure old honesty was the best answer. You might not believe it coming from us, so we asked a few of customers to give you their honest views about their experience of using our service. No scripts, no falsified views.

We have to say there was a lot of proud staff members here after watching the testimonials, not to mention a few teary eyes too. A massive thank you to everyone who agreed to take part in these and the photo shoots. You really have done us proud.
