Elements at Briargate Apartment Homes January 2017 OPENING

Welcome to Weidner, Elements at Briargate!

Weidner kicked off the new year with a beautiful opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at the Elements at Briargate Apartment Homes in Colorado Springs, CO. With 100 mile per hour winds in the days leading up to the opening, our team worked tirelessly to pull off an amazing event.

Elements at Briargate is a new construction project for Weidner, with two buildings currently in lease up. This community boasts a variety of beautiful one and two bedroom floor plans, in addition to numerous community amenities such as a beautiful pool and spa, a BBQ lounge area, and a modern fitness center with a child play area. It is also located just steps from the Promenade Shops at Briargate, offering shops, restaurants, and more.

Celebrity Chef, Brother Luck (Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay) provided the beautiful appetizers and desserts at the opening, and his unique mashed potato martini bar stole the show. Several members of the Weidner-sponsored Colorado Springs Switchbacks professional soccer team were also in attendance, including owner Ed Ragain, and their mascot Ziggy!

Once all of the guests were able to tour the two model units, everyone gathered outside of the office for the official ribbon cutting ceremony. We heard from Regional Vice President Robert Carr, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor Bret Waters, and our COO Jack O'Connor before cutting the ribbon.

We would like to thank all of our vendors, as well and the members and staff of the AASC, for attending this event and making it such a special night! We would also like to thank our wonderful team at the Elements for all their hard work and dedication in the weeks leading up to the opening, ensuring every detail was perfect.
