Dolforwyn Castle- Dolforwyn Castle is a Welsh medieval castle above the village of Abermule, Powys. The fortification was established by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd, Prince of Gwynedd in the late 13th century.
Montgomery Castle- Montgomery Castle is a stone masonry castle looking over the town of Montgomery in Powys, Mid Wales. It is one of many Norman castles on the border between Wales and England.
Womaston Castle- A moated motte, 30m in diameter and 3.9-4.4m high with a detached length of bank to the N and E, 147m in length.
River Severn-The River Severn like all rivers provide us with food, energy, recreation, transportation routes, and water for irrigation and for drinking.
Clywedog Reservoir- The lake is amply stocked with brown and rainbow trout. The management and fishing rights are the preserve of the Llanidloes Angling Society. Sailing on the lake is run by the Clywedog Sailing Club. Both organizations hold numerous competitions and regattas throughout the year and visitors are always welcome.
