Introducing Quote Acceptance in AQ Read on for an overview of AQ's latest feature that helps you and your customers keep the sales process moving.

AQ's new Quote Acceptance feature provides you and your customers with a more efficient and effective way to communicate during the quoting process.

You can take advantage of the Quote Acceptance feature once you've created a quote from your AQ project. When you're ready, you can easily email the quote to your customer for review.

With this new feature, the way you send a quote will change slightly as you will now be able to send the quote to your customer with a new web link instead of just a PDF file. You can still download the PDF file right from the web page along with other included documents. Your customers will be able to review, accept and electronically sign the quote right from the web page. If you do not need to send a quote for a signature you can just use the "Send" option that allows your customer to review and download the quote.

Emailing the Quote

Ready to send your quote?

Simply find Email in the top navigation bar and select "Send", "Send For Signature", or "Send With Project". This will allow you to email your quote to your customer with a new web-based review link.

Your customer will receive the following message once you send the quote:

Viewing the Quote

After your customer clicks on the link, the quote will open in the web viewer you see below. In the web viewer, users can access related documents, accept or decline the quote, and provide signature electronically.

Note: Clicking "Don't Show Me This Again" applies only to the current viewing session.

View Documents In One Place

Your customer can quickly view the documents that you've attached to the quote.
All related documents can be downloaded as a zip file.

Accept or Decline

Using the web viewer, customers select Accept or Decline. Once a quote is accepted, customers will be redirected to another screen to sign the quote.

Customers can accept, sign and provide a customized message to you.

Once a quote is Accepted, the sender is notified. Declined? Your customer has the option to provide feedback or changes required at this time to help keep the process moving forward.

Electronic Signature

No printer? No problem. Customers can sign the quote electronically and you can close that sale.

Keeping Up With Your Quotes
