The Clubhouse Project teaches young disabled adults a variety of life, personal and social skills, including Numeracy, Craft, Healthy living, Gardening, IT and Cookery during their day service sessions.
Many of us already know the health benefits of regular exercise, even if we're not keen to go to the gym. Those attending TCP often need a little more support and we work with professional personal trainers at a fully equipped gym. These sessions teach our young adults to have a positive and confident attitude to their own health and fitness.
From exercise circuits, to gym machines and structured workout sessions, young adults learn to better look after themselves. This builds body confidence and health awareness, essential components of holistic care.
