Be sure you make passwords that are easy for you to remember and make sure you will always remember them. Also you have to make them complicated for other people so they cant guess it.
To secure your passwords, you'll need to make good security passwords that you will only know. Never right these answers down and don't tell people.
What you don't want to do is to to make them obvious. You also don't want to tell people your password. 123456 is not a good password or anything close to it.
This is a chart of the most used passwords, as you can see, there are a lot of people who use the password 123456.
Do not reuse passwords. If one of your passwords gets hacked. your other accounts or things that need a password will also get hacked.
