Foundation of Leadership Porgramme (FLP)
In partnership with Harvard Business Publishing this virtual learning programme targets aspiring and new Managers to develop both managerial skills and a leadership mind set. Leveraging Harvard’s world class thinking, practices and content in a variety of easily accessible formats (articles, videos, tools, podcasts etc.) this program is delivered across 8 x facilitated virtual sessions over 3-4 months.
