On social networks you want to have a professional account and not have anything that can hurt you in anyway. Also you don't want to be associated with people that might have a bad reputation because that will hurt you.

In a test with product conversion with and without product ratings by customers: Conversion nearly doubled, going from .44% to 1.04% after the same product displayed a five-star rating. It's really important to have a good rating because and can really help with your business.

63% of consumers indicate they are more likely to purchase from a site if it has product ratings and reviews. Also 39% of consumers who bought from sites with reviews cite the reviews as the primary factor influencing the purchase decision. You want to make sure that there is good reviews on your product or company so that more people will be willing to buy your things.
